Our textile collection, designed for the contract sector, offers fireproof solutions, including those certified in class 1M, made with carefully selected materials to ensure comfort, functionality and durability over time.
SECTORS
ISAIA’s textiles are designed to meet the requirements of different sectors, including hospitality, healthcare facilities, public bodies, industrial laundries and the naval sector.
PRODUCT CHAIN
Our innovative approach combines production flexibility, personalization and quick management of special requests.
ISAIA production is based on complete control of the entire textile supply chain, ensuring the highest quality at every stage of the process. All stages of the production cycle take place in Italy and are supervised by highly qualified personnel, from the arrival of the raw materials to the shipment of the finished product.
Weaving
The weaving room is equipped with advanced machinery, both heddle and jacquard, capable of weaving in different heights and reductions. This allows us to guarantee a wide range of customized solutions for our customers.
Cooperation with dye houses
We collaborate closely with specialized dye houses, in order to offer an effective and dynamic service, thus ensuring the highest level of customization and quality in the dyeing processings.
Tailoring and finishing
Tailoring and some finishing operations are managed in-house, thus ensuring a direct control over quality and product flexibility. Within the factory, weaving is the heart of production, with the latest generation of jacquard and dobby looms creating high-quality fabrics, ready for both in-house and external finishing processes.
Custom-made sewing
From the finished fabrics produced in-house, we move on to the flat linen sewing phase. This can be customized to meet the specific needs of the customer, both in terms of size and type of tailoring.
YARNS AND FABRICS
We use yarns coming from the selection of natural fibers such as New Zealand wool and synthetic fibers such as Sevel Modacrylic Fiber.
To guarantee the best performance and applications in the contract sector, we choose raw materials certified Oekotex standard 100 and certified Global Recycled Standard (GRS).
